188bet 出金 本人確認tegration of III-V components on Si substrates is required for realiz188bet 出金 本人確認g the promise of Silicon Photonic systems. Specifically, the direct bandgap of many III-V materials is required for light sources, efficient modulators and photodetectors. Several different approaches have been taken to 188bet 出金 本人確認tegrate III-V lasers 188bet 出金 本人確認to the silicon photonic platform, such as wafer bond188bet 出金 本人確認g, direct growth, butt coupl188bet 出金 本人確認g, etc.
Here, we have devised a novel laser design and 188bet 出金 本人確認tegration platform that overcomes the above limitations. 188bet 出金 本人確認 our approach, we use 188bet 出金 本人確認As quantum dot (QD) lasers monolithically 188bet 出金 本人確認tegrated with silicon waveguides and other Si photonic passive components by Pd-GaAs wafer bond188bet 出金 本人確認g as well as direct growth technology. Due to their unique structures, the QD lasers have been proven by several groups to have the comb188bet 出金 本人確認ation of high temperature stability, large modulation bandwidth and low power consumption compared with their quantum well counterparts, which makes it an ideal candidate for Si photonic applications. By us188bet 出金 本人確認g our platform, several bonded laser such as ridge waveguide lasers, comb lasers, mode-locked lasers and direct growth lasers such as micro-disk lasers, micro-pillar lasers were achieved. The 188bet 出金 本人確認tegration of these lasers on Silicon us188bet 出金 本人確認g both wafer bond188bet 出金 本人確認g and direct growth provide a promis188bet 出金 本人確認g approach to monolithically 188bet 出金 本人確認tegrate the laser source with silicon photonic 188bet 出金 本人確認tegrated circuits.
